Blogger 101:
Anyone can make comments on any of these posts. At the bottom of each post, click on "comments". A little box will pop up asking for your google password or some such nonsense. Ignore that and click on the circle next to "other". Etiquette would insist on your name, but even that is not necessary.
Of course, it is my blog, so I do get to maintain and enforce some sort of standards.
